Sage to Supply LPG to the Biggest LPG fuelled Power Plant in the World

Early Power
Sage is a key Partner in the Early Power Company Limited, together with GE and Endeavor. The project, nicknamed ‘Bridge Power’, is creating the largest LPG fueled power plant in the world. Situated in Tema, Sage’s responsibilities is spearheaded by it West Africa Office headquartered in Ghana.
Sage, apart from being a co-developer together with Endeavor and GE in the ‘Bridge Power’ project, is also providing a total fuel solution needed for this turnkey project. Sage through its associated companies is providing and managing logistics for storage and supply of LPG to fuel the Power Plant.
Under this partnership Sage will supply up to 45,000 mt of LPG every month by 2018 to keep the plant running effectively. Phase one of the project will require 23,000mt LPG per month and 45,000mt upon completion in 2018.
One Energy
One Energy is the Ghanaian entity owned by Ghana 1000 Project Sponsors, Sage Petroleum, General Electric (GE), Endeavor Energy and Eranove.
Ghana 1000 Project is an initiative to develop, construct and operate over 1000 MW of gas generated power in Aboadze, Takoradi. The Project will also provide a source of gas to the area, imported from an off-shore Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FRSU).
Sage’s integral involvement in the project is the importation of LNG to use as a dedicated fuel source for the project. Sage will provide the management and logistics for the importation and storage of the LNG to power the plants and also to supply other users within the region
